para todas las personas...que dijeron que yo me habia robado el dinero de las gorras...creo que me deben una disculpa,,la razon por la que se no he estado esta semana por el club es porque me tuve que mudar de emergencia para otra casa.hasta kandela me ayudo....val me dijo en un email que todos los miembros del club estaba opinando sobre el dinero y que no les importaba si mi hijo tenia un techo donde vivir...parece mentira que todos hable asi cuando la mayoria de ustedes tienen hijos y me imagino que son mas importantes para ustedes que el club. yo voy a devolver el dinero de las ball caps en el proximo meeting...pero si no saben lo que esta pasando no acusen a las personas desentes.y quisiera hablar con los nombres que estan en el email para que me digan frente a frente lo de mi hijo....

Hey i never complained nor did i hear anyone publicly complain at the meet about the caps.
People present at the meet were: Val, kandela, devin, stealthman, 2minicano and jose of the rx4. If anyone complained it must have been privately. I am very sorry that hear that someone would think that vilmarie and tito would steal a measely 200 bucks from the club. I personally know that they werent at the meet because they were moving to a new house which i helped them move some of their stuff.

P.S. Honestly i think all of this bullshit that goes on within the club needs to stop or screw the club altogether. Sorry if it offends anyone.

I agree with Kandela, I was present at the last meet and I didn't hear anybody complaining about the caps. If somebody did complain I was not present when it happened. Vilmarie and Tito are really good people, I paid them cash for my caps and I trust them fully. I also agree that we need to stop with all the drama and the pointing of fingers to each other if we want this club to suceed. Let's not forget what the club is all about to talk about rotaries, help and support each other and not talk behind each others back. I am looking forward for the next meet at Kendall Mitsubishi, I hope that we get a good attendance so that the rotaries can rule the show.

only problem with that is no matter what there will always be one person to start the pointing finger.. i liked how the meets used to be ages ago people used to go just to go when there wasnt any fighting on who was the leader and who wasnt who had someones money and who doesnt so honestly **** that my dead honest opinion would be to screw the club idea all together and go back to how it used to be... but everyone has there difference in opionion...

i will be there with tito at the next meeting returning the money....i will also take the emails val send me. i think the club need to have a vote appointing the officers instead of one person doing it....i will like to be a part of the club and tito too...but the drama need to stop,,were are all adults not kindergarden kids. all the members of the club need to get togheter and pick. please don't missunderstand me i am not pointing fingers at nobody....i only read the emails val send me...so if you want contact val and ask him....what did he say.

As far as the comments that were said I feel that any and everyone that doubted your intentions should step up and speak with you in person. I don't believe anyone will admit it but when it comes to money or the clubs functions everyone seems to be quick to blame other people and the officers BUT fail to step up to the plate when it comes to planning events or orginizing the details for club merchandise. As it has been stated many times, in order for this club to succeed then EVERY MEMBER needs to be involved with it's functions and orginization or it will die a horrible death. Members are the key to it's success BUT with all the petty childish BULLSHIT that gets thrown around it gets more distracting and negative vibs than what it really needs.

at present the officers that i have appointed for one reason or another and I will not get into specifics have not done what I have requested of them. Support is what I have needed to make this work and I have not gotten it.. i thought that the persons i have appointed have had personal issues in their own lives respectively and that has been an impediment in fulfilling the tasks of which I assigned them to do...

therefore the positions of Vice Pres,
Treasurer,
Coordinator are vacant at present.

The Secretary position held by Devin is fine as it is because he has done what he said he would do.

I will be collecting the funds for the ballcaps hopefully today Thursday to get them ordered.
There were two persons who shall be nameless who voiced frustration over the order of the ballcpas , shirts etc and were concerned with the funds. This will be kept confidential as not to raise any more animosity.

I sent emails only to the officers privately and in no way should Vilmarie have posted it on this very public forum... that was not authorised and the emails that i have written to the officers should not be for all to read. That is just simply a discussion amongst the officers.

I will remain in touch with all and place the order for the ballcaps and shirts as required as soon as I receive the funds from Vilmarie.

Like the pit crew shirts.... the embroider sets a price based on quantity... the embroidery machine operates 12 sewing apparatuses at one time... to make one ballcap at a time is costly to the embroiderer so it wouldnt make sense to go one by one... this is not like the smal kiosk you see at the mall.... this is an industrial large machine.

The emails in question were generated by me to the officers... i did not recieve any email complaints and neither did i mention that in the emails i sent to the officers at that time. the complaints or frustrations were vented to me by two persons... one in person and the other was placed via a personal call to my cell phone.

tito spoke with val today twice,he also gave val my house number...at the time val called i was busy and my mother pick... i specific told val i will give the money to everybody at the meeting 14 sept. because i dont want anymore shittttttt. i am a very serious person and i dont like to deal with val **** anymore.

My intention was not to make public the going ons between the officers. I agree that you handled the receiving of funds for the ballcap and shirt orders on this go around. Since it was first collected I have been after you to make out one check so we could place the order for the ballcaps and shirts and that was almost 3 weeks ago and you did not lift a finger but rather give me some excuses such as leaving the paperwork at home or your trips to the dentist.

I did not want a problem on this go around like what we experienced with the pit crew shirts. Jeff the embroiderer has been ready for several weeks to start producing the ballcaps but 50% deposit needed to be placed and again i dont have those funds because you have them in your possession. Now in the last two weeks you had another situation where you had to move from one house to another and all i simply asked was to produce a single check for the whole combined amount for the order to be placed with Phukit and you have not returned phone calls or even made an attempt to release the funds so I could place the order.

You are not doing anyone a favor by holding the funds til Sept 14th when we could have placed the order for the ballcaps and by last week we could have had the ballcaps and tshirts ready for the guys to wear on Kendall Mitsubishi night. So this time is not my fault and I have done everything that i could within my power to get this taken care of but how do i find you when it appears that you are hiding or evading the issue.

I would like to place the order as soon as possible and I know that i can have the ballcaps and shirts done before this coming next week... in fact you can make the single check payable to Barmen who is the embroiderer.

Enough is Enough.... I will continue to call you until you release the funds so I can place this order. You have no right holding onto it when there are people that have released these funds to you in good faith to receive the items they have requested....if you are so serious as you say that you are then there is no reason why you cant release the funds so this order can be placed.

I expect that you will contact me and do what is right .... the members have waited long enough to get their ballcaps and shirts... and they shouldnt have to wait much longer.
