says high mileage but if it look good/not been wrecked and will clean up decently, i say go for it. if he's really desperate to sell, u could possible get it for less than 1k.

 

If it runs fine, doesn't smoke, and is in overall decent shape, $1200 is a pretty good deal. Especially for an S5. If it turned out bad, you could part it out and make that money back easily.
