3 hours to Pensacola ...http://www.fighters-garage.com/ ... they have 3 great Mazda Mechanics , all of whom OWN RX7s and have for the last 10-15 years ... they're the ONLY guys I trust to even touch my FD , other than myself ... it's worth a look to you anyway

Did you check out the Fighters Garage website ?? ... there is a writeup about an FD that came in with all kind of "Hoopty" wiring and fabrication ... they fixed it right up , and fixed all the problems on the car in a day ... worth a look

I have taken on a job before... But I will not tune. I charge measly $40/hr (just half of mazda dealer charges). I need to head down to Montgomery sometime this month to get an alarm put in.. If you want to hire me, let me know.. I know few things about FD

herblenny are you going to the import faceoff here in montgomery next weekend??
and nice to see there are more fds in the gump!
slade.khazid are you going to the import faceoff??
we are all meeting in the eastdale mall parking lot next saturday morning at 7:30 if you want to convoy with use.
but there arent any shops locally other than spiers on collusium blvd over by the state trooper office, but i wouldnt let them touch mine.

yeah i checked out their website. it looks like they worked a miracle in that FDs engine bay. so far they seem to be the best option.

trust me, i got it checked. with my age and driving record my insurance is high (too many speeding tickets). my civic's insurance was 247 a month just to give you a clue of what my insurance bills are like.

Damn... I must be really old then... My wife and I pay $135 a month for full coverage on my FD, 1991 Celica, and 2005 Mazda6.
