Hey, just wanted to give a note here ... should have done it weeks ago, but I've been so busy! I'll be flying down to Jacksonville tomorrow (thursday) and will be staying till Monday afternoon. I'd like to meet with some of the nicest cars in the area, and do photo shoots/feature stories for RX Tuner Magazine.

What I'm really looking for is a killer 1st gen or 2nd gen, or a Forced Induction RX-8. I'd also like to have a totally clean old-school something, like an RX-3 or RePu.

You're going too far south... there's a super clean REPU in Tennessee. There's also a few super nice 1st gens here in N. Alabama

I also know of an original REPU with original paint in mint condition in AL. Unfortunately, He's not computer literate and don't get on the forum. Also, my engine builder owns every single RX cars from R100 and up.

SPOautos recently purchased an RX-3 that used to be a track car. Its in pretty damn good condition! Pic isn't good.. but here it is.

 

im sure david garfinkle wouldnt mind if you stopped by to take pics of his FD. . . its in tennessee though. . . everyones right. . . too far south!!!

I am the founder of the SO FLA RX CLUB here in Miami... Pardon my forwardness but you really have to get further south. As far south as Miami.
This is where all the nice cars are.. not to offend anyone up North. But when people think about Florida they usually think of two places Disney (Orlando) or South Beach (Miami).

In Miami is where all the exotic stuff happens... the cars, the people, the models, the buildings and the Grammy's... not to mention the Source Music Awards show..

In the SO FLA RX CLUB we have over 86 members... and another 20+ that sometimes are seen. Like for example Paul "Lucky7305" who has a pristine FB whose 437 RWHP motor delivers quite a punch not just mechanically but aesthetically as well. Its an overall great looking car. Our friend Shayne who has a pristine Red 1st Gen with plenty of Ghutzpah in its engine.

I definately think "Lucky7305"'s Turbo GSL-SE and
Rob's "Rob20RX7"'s FD are both very, very worthy of any magazine.

By the way - isn't Hot Import Nights or something this weekend in Miami?
