It's going. I'm trying to sell it right now. I found a vert that is going LS1, so I need to sell my car to fund the conversion. Check the SE classifieds for details.

nice.. a local guy has an LS1 in an FD, had it dynod the other weekend. torque curve went from just under 300ft-lbs at 1500 rpm straight across to redline, all motor. pretty insane, that in an FC vert will be badass

let me try to find the dyno sheet

312hp 322tq...

Must be a bone stock LS1 w/manifolds and low compression on a cylinder or 2.

Here's mine. there are 2 pulls on this graph. One is my first pull, and the other is my last pull, after tuning

400hp 386 tq

I know Big Daddy's has been the traditional meeting point, but somewhere in Greenville or Easley would be closer to the mountains. Wouldn't be a 1hr drive to get to them. Not only that, but they guys coming from out of town (up 26 or 385, or down from 25) wouldn't really have any farther to go. It would ultimately save them time.

Not trying to screw anything up, but you asked for feedback

hey, thats the feed back i like, once i suggested we move a meet or two to asheville, but got shot down because the initial extra hour of driving (regardless that we would have more roads we could drive...)

anyway, you think we could possibly find a place in traveler's rest or easley that would be good? i dont know those areas well enough, so maybe allen is willing to help out on this one....

i'm up for moving it if we can make sure everyone knows where to go and can get there

as i once put it to a supra owner friend of mine, if you like rx7s, please come join us, if you plan on getting a 7, please come join us, but i will ask that when we drive, try to not to split the 7s (or just jump in and ride with someone!)

I agree let's make this as smooth as possible. Most of us showing that are not local will be coming up I-26. Is there a spot closer

Cool, well I will try to make it to this meet...I have loved the FD3S since I first laid eyes on it and I plan on purchasing one in the next 9 to 12 months if everything goes right. To reply to 2SLO2GO, thanks for the welcome and I am in Columbia SC.

Well, if you come up 26 and then take 385 at Clinton, it's the same distance from the 26/385 fork to Spartanburg or Greenville.

Meet at Hooters in Greenville? Or some other place in Easley? Ask Allen about that.

Smile

Yeah PEZ Shake that AZZ!!

Hoping to maybe drive the FC up to the tuning meet w/ no worries jus some tweaking. Not for March though need some time to trust her again. She broke my heart so many times in the past it's difficult to maintain the rotary relationship.
Bitch betta have my money or I'll rip the bitch's heart out and put in an LS1!!!!!!!

yeah man I will look around for somewhere nice to eat that is decently priced. There are a few off the top of my head like Outback, Ruby Tuesdays, Applebees, Copper River, Golden Coral, Fatz... but whatever everyone feels like eating.

There are the cool local places to eat like Joe's which is a hot-dogs and burgers that is amazingly good... and very nice on the wallet! Skinz hot-dogs... best dogs in town that is like 5 bucks for 3 or some crap like that.

Post up some ideas!

I bought my clutch from Ebay (Exedy OEM type replacement) and its lasted me 9k miles in my red car. You must've fucked up buying one, a cheap no name brand one, or suck at driving and or installing it. lol.

The Exedy was $145 shipped to my door and they can handle up to 275whp... which an NA FC does not make.
