Thanks Jamin!! I went to Haltech.com and downloaded the schematic so hopefully I will solve the problem this 4 day weekend.

 

I can't go on the 2nd, BUT I'll stop by and see you guys off in the morning. I'll roll by super k at 9am. need to meet some of yall. still haven't stopped at the old sam's cause i don't know anyone. I'll probaly swing by with my friend charles (red nsx) if he is in town this weekend.

yea i heard it was snowing down there today. it has been clear skys for a few days up here. if it rains we could either do it sunday or the next weekend. also we could just meet and drive around town if the montains are icy.

also, completely ramdom, but does anyone know where i can get just a FC greddy intercooler piping kit? i have the intercooler, but no piping. i dont NEED the piping i just would like some.

 

If we have to change it to sunday, i won't be able to make it.

i wish, first i gotta get the car up in the air to swap out the clutches, or maybe i need to ask jamin on a how-to since he did it with his bro's car before the chas meet. if all goes well and no further problems are in the clutch, or cylinder areas, ill have it turboed by feb or march at the latest, regged, tags, etc. i know its a while but im trying to gather funds. hopefully ill have funds out of the way sooner than i hope.

btw jamin, i didnt forget your cash.

Hey guys well Im at a point where I am not sure if this is going so well after all. Look at these pics and see what you guys think. Zachs motor is not looking as great as it once was. I think he needs a new rotor as well as some side seals.

 

i have never seen that much damage to an NA. if the apex seal groove isnt damaged then you could still use it, but i wouldnt recomend it. is it an S4? if so then you can pick up those rotors for next to nothing. and i think new side seals are like $8 a piece.

 

Nope its an S5. i am thinkin about reusing it but I want it to last longer than the last rebuild Zach got. it will also be much more powerfull aswell.
