Hey guys how do you know if you blew a water seal??? I got alot of while smoke when i start up it lasts a few mins then its gone. what you guys think?

 

You run coolant in your radiator? Does the exhaust smell sweet? Then you gots a broke motor brother!!! ( :

i dont think it smells sweet just smells like my car before i checked my oil too and theirs nothing in it. but if its broken then its about time to bridge port it lol and ive been wanting to ripe it apart.

 

take the lower spark plugs out and see if water is there

 

Thats the way the Vert was start up cloud of white smoke then its gone in about 1 to 2 mins. I would say water seals. "Time to do the Damage". FJDRX7 I have 1 more part to send you. I think Ill take the intake and carb. Give me a call after 1 pm my time today.

Hey FJDRX7 then what do you do about the AC and PWSP. Its hot in Texas

 

He wants the brackets in the stock location, under the intake manifold. But designed the same way, from billet aluminum.

Anyone else interested? I may do a production run on those brackets.

Ok i think my car was throwing a fit or something, maybe bad gas but shes not smoking no more shes been fine for a few days now.

 

I have a TII tranny i'm tring to get rid of. LMK

 

allday- are you using pump gas and letting the car sit for any length of time (example: month to month..)? The way I am understanding, is that the ethenol in modern gas is really bad about drawing moisture and then separating making the fuel go bad rather quickly. I am having that problem with a silverado right now. I have to drain the tank and lines, then add fresh fuel to get it running. Could have been your case as well. I will start using marine grade gas to eliminate this problem myself...
