Looking at trying to have a local meet Saturday 02-June-06. Post locations or different dates and we can bounce some ideas around. THIS IS THE NEW SAVANAH MEET THREAD!

 

well since 02-june-06 is a friday might be alittle hard to have a saturday meet! LMAO! cant believe we gotsa NEW thread!
ANYWAYS, like i said earlier SC is on 1st SAT of every month. so please for me and the few SC people who can make this meet can we pick another day?

 

how about the 3rd saturday of each month, that way its spaced out a little from the SC meets

I knew I shouldn't have been the one to start this thread lol. YES, I mean the 3rd not the 2nd (since that's a Friday) of June. If we are talking about the third Saturday then that's fine with me. I should see Francisco this week and I will see what he thinks. I also have another guy’s number that I need to call and see if he wants to join in the meet. There are some guys around that don't look or know about the forum, so if you see them around try to stop them and let them know that we are trying to start something in Savannah.

im down, i live in charleston and try to hit the SC meets, which are always 1st sat of the month, so if we can do the savannah ones on the 3rd saturady of the month, it would be great!

If I'm correct that would mean that our first meet would be the 17th of JUNE at Hooters on Hwy 204. Easy directions from anywhere, just get off Interstate 95 and take a right (coming from the north) and take a left (coming from the south). Once you get on Hwy 204 take the first right between the gas stations (Gateway Blvd) and it's on the right beside of the Harley Davidson dealership, you can't miss the huge sign.

From your house take a right onto Hwy 17 toards Wal-Mart. Bear to your right onto Hwy 204 (Abercorn) Before Wal-Mart. Go straight towards I-95 pass under I-95 then take a right past Waffle House between the gas stations.

Well the bike is loaded and the truck with bike on the back is backed into the garage. I just need to get some sleep and I will be ready to roll in the morning. I hope that someone will meet this weekend and I'm sure that the more of us that meet the better the meet on 17-JUNE-06 will turn out. I have already been by FJDRX7's house and I will stop by once I get back from the beach. I'm always home on the weekdays and working on something, so if anyone comes down to Savannah just drop by the house. I live to the left at the second light coming into Savannah from I-95. Made it to the beach!! Last night I went to show the car off to a friend and something happened that has never happened before. I SHIFTED AT 8000 and it acted like it had a MSD box on it. Wide band was good, but it seemed like it had a stutter box on it. I let off and things seemed fine. Just finished storming so I guess I will get to ride tonight.

be carefull, still a new rebuilt, take it easy on the gas, my CF parts are here, waiting on the bumper, lights, side and guards...should be here next week
