S4 Bridgeport engine with race internals and heavy duty PP/Clutch and S4 tranny (ask for more details on parts) engine blew on dyno, but still started up and drove. ....put down 161.3 hp @ 6200rpm with blown rear rotor....all apex seals in tact...i think it lost compression due to bent side seal, but i havent opened it to check... $575

whats wrong with the 2 unassembled engines? or how hard would it to be to fix the one that blew on the dyno? hell 161hp on 1 rotor is pretty damn good. is that even possible?

 

is this a steel hood or aluminium?

 

i believe the hood is steel, feels heavier than my NA aluminum hood....its stock....straight from mazda....its black, unpainted with a red scoop from the previous hood.....

i have two sets of mirrors....one set with the square hole, but one mirror is missing....one set with the round holes in great condition.....

the unassembled engines are just that....nothing wrong with them as far as I know....good for parts or for decent motors

the one that blew on the dyno ran forever before i found out it was blown.....i think the extra stress from the dyno is what did it......when i pulled the motor, i could feel all the apex seals in place, so that and the fact that the engine was still running makes me think its a side seal.....i say 161.3hp on one rotor because when i did the compression test after the dyno i found out that the rear was blown and it didnt make any noise on the dyno, the operator stopped at 6200 rpm cause he heard knocking.....

the TII engine is down to am unassembled block now.....sold all the manifolds etc.....so really its probably just parts (side housings, crank, flywheel, counterweight etc)

and i actually have 6 TII rims, not 4

 

well i might holla at you this weekend. i stay in titusville about 2 hrs away from where your at. what you want for all 3 engines? i'm sure 1 will run or i'll have a bunch of spare parts .LOL
