S. Florida Rotary Meet July 5 2009

We all had an excellent time....good turn out for rotary's ....caravan was fun and the racing was fun. one of the cars had a samll problem on the way up and it was good to see the whole caravan stopped and waited (our moto should be "leave no rotary behind"). Who would have thought that FD's run better on South Florida canal water 
the event was dead. i would assume becasue of Summer Slam and the Pan American races
Although there was some fast cars out there. Kilo's cars, Varon, El Lento II, Lopez, Ortiz, Rosado, you get the point. Out of our group....Phil had the best times...i think it was his personal best 11.5 or 11.6 dont'remember, joe was next with 12.5 or better, don't remember his last run, my best run was 12.7 and rolly's was also in the 12's but he was having problems with traction. We only got like 4 runs each so that sucked but in all it was a great time.
BTW phil i think the accord took home $500.00

Sorry i didn't show guys.. I found out i wasnt gonna be able to make it the night before and then forgot to post up by the time i got home from work at like 2 in the morning. Can't wait to see the vids though. Hopefully my motor is broken in and tuned by the time the next meet goes down

i think the 5 letra does not like yellow our regular camera man was actually on pit crew duty and therefore could not provide us with vids or pictures but i know that Pete took pics and Rolly had pics and vids........i am sure they will post as soon as they have some time.
we will need a new camera man becasue this 3rd gen will be completed soon so he will be on the track instead of the stands

keep me informed with any meets. this was my first meet n it was great. hopefully nxt time my car will be more complete. lol
o btw, can anybody help me with a custom lower intake mani? i got a 6 port turbo so the reg turbo II mani wont fit right. pm me if anything .thanks
