Sorry guys, but I left Friday to Sarasota for the weekend, Wednesday of next week I'm driving the 7 to St. Pete Beach to do a photography assigment (job) but will also take the car to the gentlemen who builted my engine, so he can see the final outcome.

PitoP11, sorry to hear that you sold the FC but you can buy mine, call me for a final price.

LOL Jimmy! The funds are in a secure place. All I'm doing now is waiting for the signal to start rebuilding the FB. I'm planning on putting it back on the street so I can join you guys on rides and in Old Town when I move back to Central FL. I should be there by Jan if everything goes as planned. The blue one should be done by Aug/Sept timeframe, though.

Just a heads-up: I told the buyer about the club and the website and he seemed very interested. He's already doing some work on the FC. He's putting 2 subs w/ fiberglass boxes, Rx8 seats and new rims. Looks pretty nice!

My brother Edgar should be jpoining you guys too with his black FC. He's almost done fixing the car. He went to Tampa to buy a left fender. That's all that was missing. His car is running nice, just hope he can put all that power on the street and not lose control.

It's okay Pito, are you going to bring the whole car down or just the engine for now? Hope you can make it down to Fl by Jan for good.

I'll take the whole car down to FL and have the engine work done there. I am doing other things on it there, too (i.e. roll cage, exhaust, touch up paint & body, etc). All my hook-up are there. Why are you selling your car Jimmy? The fam?

 

I am selling it and I am not selling it :-) only for the right price, I already have better plans for it if I keep it. The reason I'm trying the waters I am buying a house and the banks don't want to let me the money as an FHA loan, so I might have to change the loan so that would mean a bigger down, and I don't have it.

Up we are here stronger than ever, last Rotary Invasion (July) comes up with to many obligations for some of our members including my self, but will be there if God wants.

Friday August 6, 2010 - Rotary Invasion at Old Town Kissimmee

Apologize to our friends from Tampa Rotary Car Club, guys we start like you and so far our crew have like 30 active members and register in the club over 45 cars, hopefully we can do more events and gatherings in the future near by.

 

I'm from NY but will be in Florida on vacation that week and will definitely come by to check this out at Old Town, My hotel is in Kissimmee and I always go down to Old town... Looking forward to seeing some FL rotaries.

 

That sounds goosd look for my black FB I will be there, see you there.
