rotary help in columbia area
unfortunately the cause of the problem seems to be elctrolite damage to rotor housings and iron's.
so they all need to be replaced, if anyone has any spare s5 housings and irons
let me know.

the pics are of least damaged ones,the other ones i threw away cause th damage reached the rotor side seal trace lines in the irons.this was the initial damage that caused coolant seal failure
hows the rebuild coming along? I have some old s5 n/a parts you can have.. one of the rotor chambers is trashed, iirc the rear, and the housings are a little messed up cause i let them sit in zep cleaner too long. but you can have them if you want. have you ordered seals yet? reusing any?
ive got new housing and all the irons and oil and coolant seals, new water pump and housing.
new thermostat and a **** tone of vacume and fuel tubing.
still need a radiator cause mine is thrashed
need motor mounts
and radiator hoses
clutch slave and corresponding line.

Engine is put back together.
I had fun. Thanks for letting/trusting me rebuild it for ya.
It was cool to have some other ppl there to talk about cars an rotaries.
Hope i didn't **** off the neighbors with my revving of my engine, kinda had the happy rotary bug up my ***. lol.
Hope you get all necessary parts together soon.
Then we put that engine back in an get it running. :Thumbs up:
Putting engine back in party soon, right?
