Price?

I need some guesstimates from those of you that bough/sold some of these.

I don't have pics at the moment but will try to describe as best as possible. Where would you price this vehicle more or less?

89' RX7 Turbo, Red, Leather interior, blown Apexs on motor, 90K miles. Body has faded paint, about 3 dents/scratches about 2inches long each on sides, rear taillight cover broken, leather on pilot seat has worn/faded side bolster, doors are good, stock rims are stained. Everything on the car is stock/original. Everything else seems working condition.

tks

I would not pay more than 1k for it. I have bought several TII's for under 500 with blown motors that were S4.

yes but his is an s5 and yes 1k is reasonable dependind on the body condition.

We need pics to really give a proper price or you are going to have wild fluctuations in price.

Correct hince the reason I said no more than 1k. If it was an S4 I would say about 500.

Rx71st - Prices are basically what you think the car is worth. If you feel it is worth 2k then offer that, but keep in mind of what it will cost to get it where you want it no matter the price. A 2k car might sound good, but after you figure up all the thing you have to or want to buy for it it might be cheaper and eiser to buy one already done. Trust me..... I just sold a sweet 91TII with over 6k of parts not counting what the car cost me and it sold for 6k.
Alot of people are more attched to their car than it is really worth, or like most of us rx7 owners they have more into it.

Also in FL it might be harder to get a cheap rex as more people want one.
When I lived in Tampa for 21 years I only owned one rex. I moved to TN and now am 33 years old and have owned over 35 rx7's.

89' t2 can go between 800-1500

who the hell said a couple grand, thats crazy no one should ever pay that much for a blown t2

either way you look at it if you get this at 1500 a rebuild can cost you close to 2000 or a j spec engine about 1500 after everything needed , will equal just about the same range for a used running t2 2900-4300

so i will give you $1000...no low ball it is what it is- pm me if you want to sell it
