Ok heres the story I ordered a wented hood for my 93 FD due to the heat from this guy well he sead that it owuld take between 2-6 weeks to get it here due to the shortage of carbon fiber and that was on June 5 2006 about a month ago I call him up again and he finally seas well the price of the hood is actually more than I sold it to oyu for so you can eather pay the extra 150 bucks or I can send you a check for the amount minus the restoking fee witch is bullshit since he never ordered one from Japan. So I choose the money back I figured something is better than nothing he seas the check will be at my house in 2 weeks so 2 weeks later and no check so I finally file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back althou it seas you have to do it in 60 days they understood where I was coming from and gave me my money and told me unless the guy can prove that I got the hood and signed for it or something like that. So I get my money back and live on and today I get a letter via FedEx that I have to apear in court becouse the guy filled a claim against me for the sum of 730 bucks to pay him back I mean what kind off bull **** is this He got hte money and I never got the product so I filed to get my money back and now he is saying that I need to pay him that money for a restocking fee what the ****. My court date is set for 14 of November 2006 in ******* Utah what ta hell. I think he is planing on the fact that I will not going to show up and he will win or something but I got news for him If I can get this straitened out with my bank then I will make the efort to go out there and cut this dudes ***** ta **** off he just found the wrong guy to **** with thats all I have to say.

Ok, plunk down the money for a plane ticket, spare no expense.
Show up to court, with printouts of all correspondence, credit card statement, etc... maybe even get a lawyer. he will lose
Then counter-sue for the cost of the plane tickets, cost of lawyer, emotional distress, lost pay, etc

I think he will think twice about pulling that again after all that

well its called whole sale body kitz Inc. also known as a kitzandmore.com he had an e-bay account and it got suspended for reasons unknown. the best thing is that the Ph number for both places althou they are located in different areas one in Cali and the other one in Utah go figure goes to the same damn voicemail box of gay man Tim I swear to god that guy sounds as gay as a 3 dollar bill and trust me I spent a lot of hours talking to the jack *** on the phone. and the worst part one of the ph numbers I called gives you an option press 1 for sales and customer care departament and the other one is for the whare house well when you press one this *** whipe answers the phone and starts going well you need to contact the shipping departament for your questions about your hood I then I go like well I need to bitch about your whare house becouse they keep telling me that it hasnt come in yet and thats everytime I call and the guy goes well thats not my problem I what the **** not your problem you are customer care arent you? so thats my dealing with the *** holes so far we will see what else goes on with this becouse I can call for some favors with some people that are how you would put this not wery plesant to be around when they are upset and lucky for me thay live in California whell what do you know.

So my suggestion is stay away from these guys as far as posible.

Yeah, that's total BS. You can't sell a product and then turn around and say "Oh man, I fucked up so you owe me more money. So ummm, give me MORE money or pay this restocking fee on a part you never agreed to pay this much for AND never received." Report his *** to the Better Business Bureau: www.bbb.org and get yourself a lawyer as stated above. Also be sure to post the name of this company in the Good Guy/Bad Guy section. **** his *** up!

well I think I got it sorted out. Lets hope for his sake lets just say he is supose to drop charges and send me a letter stating so if not we will take on more drastic measures than those already taken.

Go to a lawyer and have them write up a cease and desist letter. If it's still on, find a lawyer in the area where you'll have to go to court, fly out there, do your thing, then counter sue. It's a pain in the ***, but there ya go.
