Would it be possible to pass GA emissions with an '84 GLS with a J-SPEC 13bt TII?

and also does anyone know of a place where i could get a usdm motor?

are there any places that sell USDM half-clips? i was looking for a half clip because it would come with everythign i would need, like throttle cable and wiring and such

 

Arnt you at the antique age of the car so that you dont have to worry about passing the test? Or is that at 30 years?
