I will be in the Charlotte/Cleveland, NC area on a business trip and was wondering if anyone from that area going to the Dragon this weekend? I was planning on renting a bike for the weekend while I was there, but if that washes out, is anyone willing to give me a ride?

Well nothing but cruiser rentals are available in the area, so I will just drive my rental car to the dragon. See you guys this weekend.

i think i already have a passenger for the trip...otherwise i would drive to charlotte and visit my sister friday after work and then head up sat morning...early! hahaha

 

You can ride through with me if you want. Cell phone isn't going to work, but I'll be in the red FD with stock black wheels, KS CF hood, and an Auburn license plate.

 

Cool, I spent the extra money and got a Mustang GT convertible rental car. But I wouldn't mind getting a ride with someone who knows the road and can drive.

ASP/SM2 Spic?

 

SM2 now my pic/avatar thing on the side here is from when I first got the car. I'm just bairly SM2 though, so a national level guy would probably beat me by a good bit. I do ok at the local level though. Won my class and got second overall at the last one losing to a fully prepped SM WRX, by 1.5sec, that drove about 5hrs to be here. So that pretty much shows you how better set up a fully prepped car is than mine. Although I'm sure the driver could use some improvement too!!
