So I may be about to do something stupid. I think the FD is officially going up for sale. As much as it hurts, I just don't think it will get driven enough shortly.
The question is, anyone have a clue what it's worth? 1995, I think a PEP, MB, 70k miles, all original. Honestly, it's in good shape. It will be 100% stock with the exception of the boost gauge and the connection for the air fuel gauge (no gauge, since that's sitting in Crit's center console). Interior is probably a 9, paint is an 8 or so.
I'm probably going to take it over to get the pulsation damper replaced soon. Unless someone wants to take it as is, I'll knock a grand off the price.
So, thoughts?
And no, the 12A isn't going anywhere

Yes, the ARRC is the event at Road Atlanta, with PDX during quiet hour on Sunday. PDX is $100 on top of whatever you pay to get in (depends on whether you're an SCCA member or not). When we looked yesterday, enrollment was at 26 cars.

I have some newly installed ReSpeed stuff to show off too. Finally got the Cold Air Induction with the ReSpeed radiator pillar and the ReSpeed Nikki heat sheild installed. Maybe I can get one of my kids to take a digital picture and post it.

That's tough news Mike, I hope Michelle is feeling better, it certainly puts things in perspective.
That little goat handles just like an FB, nice video Dave. Now Cathy is searching youtube for goat vids. I'm all for getting some more goats but Cathy says we can't afford the beer so this might have to wait until McCain's tax cuts take effect.
You should get Elizabeth a baby goat for Christmas, she will love it! And so will you! (Best to get two, they work well in pairs).
So are Kent and me the only ones going to OGTA/OSJC II?

What do you need for brake work? I'm close, but this Saturday will be busy.

I'm not sure on the NC guys. I'm going to meet up with a few of them on Friday for dinner, but none have mentioned coming down for the meet.

I think Stu and Tim are getting too old for those road trips, they've been slowing down quite a bit lately.
But Michael is a hoot if you can keep up with him.
Dave keeps talking about coming down for something, but I'm not sure what it is. He has about 6 different rotaries so it's hard to keep track.

I won't make the Lake meet since it is on a Sat and I have taken almost every Sat for the last month off. Which at my communist work place it is forbidden
I WILL be down there for the RROC PDX event on Sunday the 9th. We may come down Sat night and stay somewhere or just drive down Sund for the day. Not sure on that yet.
Then the next Friday I head to VIR for the Holiday laps event for the Salvation Army. Donate 25 bucks and get a 20 minute track session Me gonna donate about 75-100 bucks Then I will need new tires since these are almost done in the rear. Some jackass has been drifting ALOT lately, and doing big smokey Nagata style burnouts.

Dave: Maybe I'll see you Friday if you want to join us for dinner. If you can't make it, I'll probably see you at VIR in November.
OGTA: Do any of you ned parts or anything? I have some black S2 interior stuff, ignition switch, clutch fan, extra 12A tranny, some SE stuff (grey interior pieces, ECU, AFM, etc). I'm already bringing some stuff down for Stu and maybe an S5 tranny for another guy in NC. Glad to bring other stuff if anyone needs it.
See you guys Saturday!

I need some grey interior pieces, Kent. Specifically, all my armrest hardware and screw covers are missing or screwed up, and I need a grey sunroof wheel, outer kick panels, defroster grilles, and a few other things. I've exhausted local supplies of parts cars and junkyards....

Crit: I'll see what I have. I know that I don't have the sunrood wheel or the defroster grilles. On the armrest, do you mean the center one or at the door?
Anyway, I'll just round up my grey stuff and bring it down. You can pick and choose. I don't have a lot of grey stuff, but there might be some stuff that you could use.
I could use a good grey SE driver's seat or battery tray and tie-down stuff if anyone has that.
