I'm in the process of purchasing a new motor, I recently had a engine failue at 140k miles on the original motor, everlasting huh?

I'm in a couple split decisions between where I want like to get a new motor/rebuild from..

.. My sources are pretty limited.. so I'm wondering if you wonderful guys could point me in some good 'Credible' places.. I'm generally looking for a basic stage 1 motor with 2mm ceramic apex seals and a mild street port.. Hopefully a warranty is in place also..

Any background information.. (the good and the bad) from any place is needed!!!
