Ive been reading alot on this site and theres ALOT of valuable information. I'm looking to get into a 3rd gen when I move back to GA in a couple weeks. My current daily driver is a hyundai tiburon thats been my "faithful" companion on my journey through school. I guess I'm really just looking to see how big the atlanta crowd is for rx7s?

thank god I'm not the only one haha. atlanta is great. I lived there for 16 years and then came to chicago to go to school. I was thinking that my hyundai is just not the best platform to build a weekend warrior so I was looking for something rear wheel drive that I could work on myself. I guess thats why I was wondering about the GA crowd. just in case I needed some knowledgeable advice I could give someone a call.

yay for noobs!! but seriously, welcome to the club, and good luck with your projects. fleishelja, i know what kind of car you have/plan on getting, but what do you other guys have/want? im just curious.

i dont know if you guys have noticed, but ther is usually alot of hostility on here until you have been around a little while. dont take offense to it, just think of it as, we're "breaking you in."

Yeah, The 7 club wasn't always like this. People brought the drama and crap of other forums into this one.

 

its funny but I think alot of car forums are like that now. you kind of have to prove yourself to everyone to make sure you not just some idiot who has no intentions of learning about the common interest. or at least thats what I have noticed. thanks for the warm welcome by the way

 

i'm here to learn...but i'm still an idiot but no drama...i hate drama...drama free idiot here!!! and i have nothing to prove, some of my best rx7 friends hate me but still put up with me because my car still technically is an rx7...anyway, meet in Inman, SC this coming weekend...Dec 2nd...look at the other thread for more info on it...can't be too far from Atlanta....

 

there is a pretty big scene here in ATL, were all friends and we hang out all the time.....just keep up on here....
