The apartment is the trial period to figure out where to buy the house. As long as it is decently safe and within range of our needs, I don't want to spend the first months rent researching where to stay.

So unless anyone has any better ideas, I think I am going to move on to the next endeavor.

 

Congratulations on making a good decision to stay away from miami. If you move here you will regret it for the rest of your life....

 

Not sure you would consider pembroke pines away from miami, however not in miami. I agree, near the city is nice, in the city is not for me.
