So Tim, are you scheduled for the dyno before or after eating?

nice seeing friends I haven't seen in quite some time. Thanks for coming out tonight for dinner and a dyno From a bystander sound perspective, how did the FD compare to the red vette? not as loud, as loud, or louder?

Just like the old days, dinner, then on to Dyno Labs.

Tim it sounded great. I stayed mostly to the side for your runs and in the back for the vette runs. So,I really couldn't compare. I know I like the sound of your's better

The Vette was louder, and raspier. Sounded like he had a V8 with cheap ricer mufflers at WOT - but it made power. Your FD sounded much nicer.

the fd was better, if only for 2 things the fact that the rpm got faster on there way up(boost is good) and the fact that the vette had pops and flames and none piston type stuff comming from the tips and the fd acted like a well tuned rotary.
I think the scooter needed the free wash so it was all good.... ride home sucked cuz i had to watch for standing water and thats bad stuff on 2 wheels.

Tim, i was standing out by the tail end of Jeremy's car and could still feel the air from the exhaust. it even fluttered my shirt way back there. the vette was definitely louder. But yours sounded better. hope you got everything tuned from what little time you had.

When you said you were out by Rome, i didnt know you meant Cedartown. I go out to Cedartown to go to the dirtbike trails out there. Highland Park it's called. Awesome place.

It was good to see Riley, I havent seen him in about 3-4 years or something.

It was also good to meet everybody else.

Tim, I'm a day late and a dollar short to this, but when you did your flybye past me leaving Road Atlanta, I was REALLY impressed with how your car sounded. Your car in general is just impressive. It's the car that 20 years from now will still be an incredibly well kept, tastefully modded, FD that still turns heads.

Thanks Brent, I appreciate the comments. I doubt I will be at RA this weekend since I am replacing an A/C hardline and then need to charge the A/C so driving 2.5 hours one way in 90+ heat isn't something I am apt to do I am planning on doing the RA event in Dec with NASA though and hope to see you there. I'll be in group 1 as well.

Tim
