We had a blast last time and I'm looking forward to doing it again. I'm almost done with my 2nd gen and my friends 2nd gen is now running so I was hoping to maybe get a cruise down A1A or something to help us break these things in.

I say let the heathens unite and lets get something pulled together!

Sounds like fun. This time I'll have to take pics while we are driving though. We should have done that last time going over the dames point bridge, would have made a great background.
I'd like to get some pics of a bunch of us caravaning. That would be cool. I won't be here the weekend of March 22 though. Let me know when we want to plan this thing.

BTW Russ, you wouldn't have a drivers side exterior door handle laying around would you? Mine broke last week...

I talked to Russ and we kind of agreed to a cruise type meet with landmarks for short stops. And yes, for me (personally) the 15th would be great or the 29th

I PM'd Russ, but I'll post here also. I have been thinking about what places to stop at, and a couple of places stick in my mind. A stop out at the beaches to take some pics with the beach/ocean in the the background. I don't know if there is a good spot out there, maybe some others here know. Another place would be to get the downtown Jacksonville skyline in the back ground. A stop at St Johns town center maybe for lunch...
This brings the question- Do we want to have a cruise around Jax, or cruise to or from here to somewhere else, i.e, St Augustine, etc?

We have had a rash of fatal car accidents here these past few days. Saturday the brother of a very good freind was killed on his way here from Virginia. He was 30 miles from his destination. This morning a man was killed and several others injured when one of two cars traveling at high speed lost control and flew head on into oncoming traffic. This is just a reminder that we have to be safe out there. I know we like to drive fast/show off (myself included) but this is a sobering reminder to take our driving seriously.

We could meet up at the Prime Osbourn Center in the parking lot. It is always open and empty most of the time. Meet by the train I'm open to suggestions. Have a meeting time of say an hour or so, so that we can chat while waiting for the stragglers. Then we start the cruise.

A half hour stop or so at each point will allow some of the slower guys (c'mon, you know my FB wont keep up with you power guys ) to catch up and have a break too.

What we need is some input as to where we want to go, and where we want to stop for breaks. You can pretty much get to anywhere in Jax within 45 minutes, so unless we head out of town somewhere, we will be doing more stopping than driving. I think that the 9A/I 295 circuit is close to 70 miles. That may be intersting to do as a driving part. Photo ops are encouraged at stops and while driving.

Brian, are you saying that your turbo [ahem-cough] FD is ready to go on a cruise?
Cool! Be cool if Tracy could bring his too.

I'm just throwing ideas out there. I'm really looking forward to meeting up again.

Any one else with some cruise stops/destinations ideas? Any ideas on how long(hours) we want to take? I realise that some of you guys are coming from out of town so we want to accomodate everyone's agendas.
