when me and my friends laughed in his face and told him what he saw was probably a stock 93 and that ALL the 3rd gens came with twin turbos, he came back the next day and said "naw dude, this one guy told me yesterday that not all of the newer rx-7's came with twin turbos, and he know's what he is talking about..."

hope you guys got a good laugh out of this... even my mom thought it was hilarious.

 

I had one guy at a car show protest my car because "RX-7s come with chevy 350s not stupid rotary motors" apperently some guy at the drag strip told him that his 350 was stock, EVERYONE told him that the car in fact was stock but he still wouldnt believe me, He was laughed off the stage.

I still havent figured out why he protested he wasnt even in my car class, its not like he lost to me or anything.

 

hahaha its so amazing how stupid some people are. it keeps the normal people sane.

 

lol funny, this one guy came up to me once and was like yo, nice rx7 this is my favorite car..and then he asks me..is it twin turboed?... i was like yea....they all come with that....then i tought to my self...hmm if it was his fav car...y did he ask me if it was twin turbo charged...people need to know there cars here..lol...and lol i got another..i was in fl last week wit my car...this guy was talking to my bro as i left... he was like damn u know he got a v8 under the hood...my bro was like nope...then he was like hmm damn then thats a sick *** v6, then my bro said nope...and he was like then thats the meanest 4 cyclinder i have seen...and my bro was like dude its a rotary, and then the guy was like tru tru yea...lol dumbass didnt have a clue

 

lmao00o the other day sum kid wit a camaro told me my car is leaking oil because when i floor it black smoke comes out of the exhaust and i told him that it happens regularly wen my Vtec kicks in and he beleived me lma0o0o

 

HAHAHA...you should tell him your valves are leaky but it's too expensive to fix because you've got a DOHC. Idiots

 

I would understand him, What if your nto running stock turbos? Alot of 3rd gens are single turbo converted. Hes still an idiot though.
I remember a Honda I spanked asked me wat motor i had, im liek tis rotary, then hes liek yea but how many cylinders? Im liek none its a different kinda motor, and he gave em a luagh like i was an idiot. But thats the joy of ridin gour cars man. Enjoy the ignorance.

 

i had my hood up at work just looking around while my car was idleing and a guy walked up and said 'what the hell is that?' i said a rotary, he said 'rotary? but its not spinning around.' didnt have the time nor patience to deal with him after that.

 

IT's sad how blatently stupid many people are. They don't just wallow in their own ignorance, they preach it too.

another time when I was leaving a show a guy came up to me and asked if it was turbo, I told him US model convertibles didnt come with turbos (I had the top down at the time) and he said "so its turbo then huh?"
