helping out to pay the bills Since I got laid off. I'm just glad to have good friends,
and Can help my fellow Rotary friends out in the same time. I'm pretty good at building
These Engines and I have a lot of time with them LOL. and I have a Great Porter too (Sam)
I port, but He's much faster. Can't wait to get your's up and Breathing Fire again

Guys, I appreciate all who decided to come out today. This meet turned out to be more of a swap meet than anything. I'm just glad that Manny is taking his vid classes!!

so i rebuilt the 12A for the brown rx-7, got the grey one running after sitting for 5 years, and washed my baby and took her for a drive.

ordered a clutch master cylinder to get the silver one on the road, drove the blue one, and finished prepping everything up to put the brown one back on the road.

I am actually giving it to my wife's brother. he just moved to the states from PR and doesn't have a car, he is doing good in life and i and never had a father figure so i kinda wanna help him do good.

 

Ah...your wife brother...that kills all hope of marrying into an fb...with all bs aside its extremely rare to see someone doing something nice for a change. i hope he enjoys it and takes care of it.

 

Hey guys. Long time no see. I wish I could have been at the meet on Sunday but its a little bit of a cruise from buffalo NY. I sure do miss the club and the weather. My car hates the cold buffalo weather. I hope everyone is doing well. Ill be coming back may 9th and memorial day weekend so maybe we can have a meet.

 

Anybody have a starter and/or ignition switch for a s4 TII? Trying to bring her back to life.

 

Sorry Anthony. The only spare starter that I have is for a 2nd gen N/A.

 

No biggie, thanks tho, probably going to be two or three more weeks before I'll have the time to try and give it another go. Josh, my Mom came up and helped me put all the parts in but when it fired up (after many failed attempts because of the dieing starter) it would only run for several seconds then die. My manifold was not sitting fully flush on the block so their was a LOUD leak, probably enough to cause my symptoms. Looking forward to having her back on the road again, I regret ever taking it apart .
