Help Needed In Orlando

I've got a 1986 n/a Rx-7. Bought the car not running due to a flooding problem. I swapped a running 13b in it from my wrecked car and it still floods. I've searched for vacuum leaks and found none. I believe it's probably a stupid mistake like a wire not hooked up in the right place but what I've replaced on the car is fuel pump, new plugs, new wires, fuel filter, and ECU from old car. I am getting spark and fuel. I've gotten the car to start a couple of times with the fuel pump disconnected. Car idled around 2k-2500 for about 20 seconds than stalled. Can anyone steer me in the right direction or come by to look at the car? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have $ for whoever can get it running good.
