NC Good Paint shop in NC / Help with prep work?

My 93 FD is in serious need of a new paint.. I wanna strip the current paint down and get the whole thing redone. I want to try to save as much money as possible,. So maybe in the Raleigh area? I dont mind driving,. but if someone who knew what they were doing to help me Id feel better about it. Also suggestions for a good paint shop??

The fine folks at www.msccnc.org recommended Colors On Parade. I stopped by there on Friday to get an estimate. The owner seems to be both knowledgeable and nice. The shop rate is only $50/hr.

Ill have to look into it. Hopefully I can sand and prime the car myself(with some help) and have someone professionally spray it.

They guy with the White FD with the big spoiler at DGRR is out of Charlotte. His brother did the body work on that car and it looked pretty good.
I would look him up. I do know he is not on the board, but someone here must know him
