FL Going to be selling my FD :(

Hey fellas, just wanted to post up to say that I'm going to be selling my FD . After 3 years of ownership, and the last year re-building it to what it is now, grown up life has begun to kick me in the ***. My career, moving into my own place, and tons of other smaller reasons have taken priority now so it's just not economically feasible for me to keep the car when I can use the money for much more beneficial reasons than a weekend toy.

For those of you who know me and have seen my car and the work I put in, if you guys know anyone who would be interested in it please let me know. I will of course be giving preference to those people I know and their friends, and others on this forum as I would like to see the car go to a good place.

The rotary community is awesome, and I won't be out of the rotary world for long I absolutely plan on getting another car after I'm settled with the rest of my stuff. So I'll still be around in the mean time. Just in a normal car though

Nah I didn't knock anyone up...this time, lol. I know I'll probably regret it, but it's gonna be too hard on me to keep it right now.

I think you put a hell of a lot of work into that car to get it where it is.
I hope that the next guy that buys it puts in as much effort as you did.

Just my thought , I been married 13 years 4 kids and had houses and bla bla bla moved to Florida and put a hold on working on my rx3 but it was a passion that got me grumpy and getting older Nd not having the car I want , I spend lots of money on stupid **** moving here and their and next year buying a house in Florida finally , I got a rx8 for a daily spend some good money on car rebuilding it wife argued bla bla she has a Lexus SUV ... Point is I kinda regret not finishing my rx3 If I would of finish I would had bought and FD for a daily instead of a rx8 but I'm happy . Sorry point is

Grown up life is very very boring if you don't have a toy trust me. Now that I got rotary daily and working back on my rx3 I'm much happier. Anyways take out a small loan on your car buy a civic keep rx7 in garage and move on when you grow up you will have your 7 Nd life will be much better,
Money comes and go happiness is your car. Well I been a car fanatic since a kid so working on my cars is a passion and we manage my life with my family very well. So grown up world is no fun if you don't have a toy to trust me once again.

I hear you bro, and believe me all that's gone through my head quite a lot. Even people close to me that don't give a crap about cars can't believe that I'm selling it just due to the time and work I've put in.

If there were any other way out trust me I would be taking it. I've been working on cars since I was 15, and now l'm not too far from being 30, so I've had plenty of toy time and enjoyed it thoroughly. Unfortunately with all that time comes a **** ton of money that I've poured into cars, and now I need to take a break from it for just a small period of time and start putting some money into everything else in my life. Once all that is settled then I'll be getting another toy,

Good luck , I was extremely bored when I stop for a few years I started at 15 too I'm 36 and I love it more and appreciate more than before and when my bills, wife ,kids, work, friends stress me out I go to my garage and is like I'm in heaven lol. But I took a break and got rid of some toys so I totally understand , I stop working on cars but no regrets , hope you get a good sell
