This jerk advertised a car minus motor on this club's board. I contacted him and he said he had 2 cars one with a transmission and title and one without. I made him an offer and He sold me the car which was supposed have a transmission and title. I gave him a deposit I told what I was going to use the car for and the parts I needed and to feel free to to take off anything that he may want and I did not need. When I came to pick up the car I (Val has a bad back) removed the parts that he wanted from the car. Then it was time to give him the check for the balance. First he pretended to look for the title. He could not find it! He said that he must have left it at home. Next was the transmission he said that it was in Broward with a friend, but he had a very low mileage on that he would sell me for an additional $175. The flat bed was on the way and he is a preacher. So I said that I would withhold $100 until he gave me the title and trans. The check was for the full amount and I did not bring more checks. The solution Paypal the swindler made me add extra to cover he PayPal fees. That was over 5 months ago. I have a car without a title and no transmission. It has been taking up space in my drive because I can not use a car without a Title. The guy is not a preacher he is a scam artist. He now admits that he never paid the previous owner for the car, so the previous owner is holding the title and transmission until he does. Val does not return my calls. This has been going on for months. I would like to hall his fat *** to court or jail, But I do not have his entire name or address. Would you please help!
