plug the bypass hole below the thermostat and that will do the trick, the engine will run a lot cooler

I did the same by plugging the bypass hole with a 19mm freeze plug that cost less than 0.40 cents and i dont go above 180 degrees but then again I also running an E-Fan that spins better than a flexlite BM fan. I also got a Key Composites Group CF Cooling panel that I bought on ebay which helps a lot especially in Florida.

Ebay item number: 280122380414

Tito, i don't think that is good for the motor to run so cool. Might consider putting the t-stat back in.

Mine runs right in the middle constantly which isnt perfect, but I expect it with the bigger motor.

FD3S2005 the thermostat is inside where the water filler neck is u have to remove that and u cant miss it then just do to any auto part store and buy a plug for it dont remember what size it is.

dont have pics, but its a rubber plug with a through the middle which has a bolt and washer on one side and is tighten by either a nut end or a butterfly end that folds closed, sorry for the crappy explanation. but anyone else feel free to explain better.
