I got around to washing the car, but it needs some waxing. The interior is past due on detailing so I will get to that this weekend (hopefully). I will also try to get my Innovate LM-1 wideband installed too. It would be nice to monitor my air/fuel mixtures. I also have some gas dampener struts for my hood to install. If I think a little more there are allot of little things to do too. Just looking for a nice day to work on it.

Date for a meet lets look at the 16th or 23rd of September! I will look for a place to meet and see what we can do for an activity. I'd like to find a good photo shoot place where we can get some good pictures. One possible place to meet could be the Cherry Branch ferry. Possibly take it across the Neuse and circle around up to New Bern have lunch and go from there.

Drove to Kinston last night. Mileage is up to 129 for the breakin process! Maybe another drive tonight!

I think I have decided on Cherry Branch to start off a meet. There is a large parking area and the ferry leaves on the half hour except during lunch time. Send in your votes for a date!

You all are welcome to join the RRDI this Sat. in Raleigh. I know it's a drive but it's always a good time at the Char-Grill. Keep us posted on your meeting schedule, I'm sure we could plan a cruise down there from Raleigh.

Left early this morning for a little ride. Ended up going all the way to Cedar Island. For those who don't know where this is you travel hwy 70 east to hwy 12 and keep going. The ferry leaves from there headed for Ocracoke Island and the outer banks. This was a totally beautiful drive. Some very long straights and some nice cornners! Sure would be nice to take a buch of us out that way.

Well seeing this has pretty much become my blog, its time to update you on my total mileage. Odometer reads 253 miles since rebuild and I have a quarter tank of gas left. Time to fill her up and hit the road again!

I did sand all the engine bay grounding points while the engine was out so I know they are all good. Anyways it seems to turn over good so far. Before it would take several key turns to get it to turn. Lots of lights and clicking but that was it. I drove to Newport and came back to Havelock three times tonight and boy with the new plugs it was a different car!

I have a boyscout camp out this weekend so everyone chime in on thier best date to hold a kick off meetup. I can make Saturdays best, but Sundays after church are good too. I may be busy Aug 26th and 27th I think. September seems open for now.
Lets make it happen.
The RRDI is doing a couple of Drives down east this fall. In October we're driving to Goldsboro for the Thunderbirds at the Wayne County air show at Seymour Johnson AFB and in November we'll be going down to Wilmington for the Brits and Battleship Car Show at the USS NC Memorial, it was a great show last year and I noticed on their website this year that they have a show class for Japanese sports cars.

We're also doing a road trip up to Oceana NAS for the Blue Angels demonstration in September.

JebenKurac,

Hey,
Just wanted to offer any help that I can be with your car. I have zero experience with FBs or FCs. I have some knowledge with FDs. Let me know if I can assist.

Set idle, checked TPS adustment, read TPS on a meter from the cpu. Plan to post this pics soon. Reset ECU. Need to check plugs since I have weened it from premix. 607 on the odometer so far. Running well and getting it out on the roas as much as I can. Oh and one of the most important things, no leaks!
