Yeah, plays music pretty good, but just waiting on parts still to hear the sweet sound of them 13 angry bee's.
Sheesh Jeremiah, I thought you were selling that thing?

Ok, just to get a feeling...
Anyone interested in taking my FD off my hands? Coolant seal is gone, so it will need a rebuild. Not sure yet if I want to spend the money for the rebuild and drive it a while before selling it, or just let it go as is. Anyone who wants specifics on the car, let me know. Here comes the bad part...I would probably still need around $9k for it in a non-running state for it to be worth not selling it with the fresh rebuild for about $13k

I doubt any of us have the money, but really, 9k is still a good deal if the internals are in good shape. We have Landers right up the road here. You could probably get more than 13k with a fresh rebuild. Most of the FD's for sale are running on really tired motors and are still selling for around that much.

I haven't taken it out of the Cheeto yet because it's been raining. Don't worry, I'll get on it either today or tomorrow. The problem here is that I think my orbital sander is still being borrowed... Brillo? I dunno. I'll do it by hand if need be, it'll just take longer.

Update!
Welp turns out I do have my orbital sander. I only had two pads for it and I went through those in about 10 minutes flat. So I grabbed some 40 grit and resorted to hand-to-hand combat. I also did some more hammering. The first application of bondo didn't go well at all thanks to some pretty old bondo. The hardener poured out like water... should've stopped right there. I ended up with a lumpy mess that's gonna have to be sanded back out. I found a newer can of bondo luckily that I used on the TII so I'll give that a shot after I sand the old stuff down.

Oh yeah... I did say I'd get these up, didn't I...

It got a little dark and so do the pictures...

Tomato?

Derrick?

Wink!

And I took these yesterday after installing my new filter. Major mods... +100 HP!

TurBLING!

First time I've bothered to check out my turbo. I was expecting it to be quite tired after 101k miles but to my surprise, no shaft play at all! It's still in perfect shape. I'm wondering if it's been replaced at some point.

Yeah you should probably paint that N/A of yours. If you'd spent the money that you spent on that sound system and put it in paint, it wouldn't have a bad side! Except for maybe the side the windshield is on.
We just all need to get our bad sides on the same side.
