Sorry guys we got there late because of little fender bender that I had with the trailer. Then when we got there we got delayed going in because there were so many cars park in the middle of the road that we didn't have enough room to go thru and we had to wait until the cars were moved. When we went to the line we could run a practice run and there were ready to start the eliminations. We could not use the two step and had to do changes in the last minute. We ran against a tub with a big block V8 and my car was breaking up and only ran a 6.65, I normally run 6.20 all day in this track because it doesn't hook up. In Lakeland my car runs 6 flat. But it's alwright that is racing. We had a good time. I am glad that Philip and Roland kept runing until they stop the races due to the rain. There were lots of American Muscle cars and very few Imports. Anyway I will be heading to Lakeland next Sunday (2-24-07) for the import races. I have a match race with a Rotary Datsun his name is Saez Racing. I beat him the last time at Imookalee and this is going to be a re-match.

 

Damn I should have gone. I would have loved to see Phils and Rolands car run. I was there the day before for the drifting event.

sorry to hear about the bad tunr out. i was out of town (Mom's B-day) and could not make it. Glad to hear that Phil and Roland represented!!!! when will you guys be going back to the track???? let me know so i can meet up with you guys.

 

sorry i couldn't make it guys..... i tried driving there but rx-7 + no tune = Worried about poping apex seals . ill be tuned next time and ill be out there running with roland and phil representing 2nd gens
