Deals Gap swap meet opportunity

Like the title says, just seeing what everyone thinks of this... I'm not saying it should be like a flea market, but with so many rotaries together, it'd be a good idea to save on shipping costs and have parts that people want that are either to trivial to be shipped (interior pieces), or pieces that are too big to be shipped cheaply (engines, exhausts, body pieces, etc.)...

Did I mention it would save on "+shipping"???

sidenote: Riddle me this, why is a "rotor" spelled with an 'o', while "rotary" is spelled with an 'a' ??? rotaries, rotarys, rotories, rotorys... damn, its late, i'm tired

Sounds like a good idea. I have a few piddly things that I'd like to get out of my garage. Perhaps I'll bring them on the off chance that someone else might want them. Nothing as large as an engine, though...

Not a bad idea at all. If you got something rotary-related you wanna sell, bring it on up/over/down. There's gonna be a ton of people there, only problem is... mostly 7 owners... not a whole lotta money to spend

NEED:
A short grocery list of parts I need and would rather not pay shipping on:

Borla XR-1 2.5in or 3in I/O i don't care, one or the other
Racing Beat Header collected or uncollected
tokico illuminas or decent shocks, doesn't need to be adjustable, just newer and stiffer than stock.

STUFF TO SELL:
i also have a complete '86 red parts car that i can bring parts from:

25K rebuilt motor
115K tranny
rear seats
grey interior (near perfect)
manual steering rack
old school Wings West body Kit
(look in my post in parts for sale for pics or PM me)

hit me up so i can bring money to the cruise.

ok, 2:19, sleep time, or halo 2 time, i can't remember...

no way to get ahold of compression numbers... no tester in sight... engine is at garfinkles right now, and he says it has good compression. If anyone knows engines, he does. sorry I can't get numbers for you.

I've got a 93-95 OEM car cover in perfect shape. I bought it used but I've never used it. It's been in my closet for about a year now. I can bring it if anybody wants it.
Looking for $200. (That's what I got in it)
