Its about 100 miles 1 way, plus we are backing up to Summerville for the bbq and beer later.
I'm right in town about a block and a half from 15 on 341 (Church St.), across from City Nursery and the ball field.

 

I know that this has been said before, but at that time of day, there should be plenty of parking at the Battery.

 

agreed.. good place for pics, and we can just walk to wherever from there. we are meeting at patriots point at 10-11AM, right?

It was great meeting all of you for the first time. I really enjoyed the meet. I really appreciate the guys that drove from far distances. We started the year off strong. Hope to see you guys next month.

yeah thanks to Chip for hosting and planning the meet. I had a great time and it was a really good turnout. I really enjoyed kind of trawling other members that day. lol. Very fun times w/ friends and enjoying the cars. I just regained access to another photobucket account but we will see if I post up some. I may, just not all of them.

Thanks again Chip and Wife for having us over. Food was great and so were the memories! Later guys.

Spoke too soon Andrew, I wrecked it today. I'll try to post some pics up tomorrow. I drove her home but it ain't too pretty.

I didn't see it, but apparently an elderly woman parked her new Caddy on the side of the interstate and just decided to walk out into traffic, causing a semi in the right lane to lock up, swerve into my lane and nearly jacknife. I locked up and swerved to miss him, barely did but went off the road and went into the cable barrier, taking out one of the supports and then went under all the cables and came out the other side. I get out of the car in time to see this lady once again venture out into traffic, where this time she was hit by another semi. I called 911, the lady was pretty fucked up but alive when the ambulance left. I don't know if she made it or not, I sure hope so.

The whole top of my car got fucked up, windshied and pillar trim are gone. Busted front bumper and air dam, dented hood, l fender, l door where the mirror got bent up, the whole top esp. at the windshield got chopped up, then the cable came back down and took out my antenna and dented the rear quarter.
