i got a call from a police detective in broward county and he told me they caught chad hall in texas and they brought him to broward to prosecute him. He called me and asked me if i wanted to prosecute him along with the other people that filled out a police report. If no one prosecutes him then he will be released by the end of the week.

Please contact the broward country sheriffs office and ask to speak with detective Irtlely if you are going to prosecute him.

I wonder if he was hanging around with this guy who ripped me off last year.. this guy lives near Tyler, Texas..(not too far from Dallas) I got took for almost 16 grand

 

is he accepting visitors......i would love to pay him a visit. please get me the info on where he is staying.

 

If that guy is down here, enyone thats pressing charges on him NEEDS TO GET TO THE STATION TO FILE THEM. who knows what he'll try to do if he gets out....

i dont have time nor money for a lawyer to take a law suit against him so everyone else that is an adult that has time to prosecute him for what he did please do!

 

I have wriiten proof he owes me a decent amount of cash.. Although far less than some people got hosed for. Let me know what everyone is going to do.. Maybe we can file a group claim..

it shouldn't cost anything to go down and stand before a judge and tell your side of the story.

 

Don't worry about money or a lawyer. Just call the station or go down there. All you are doing is filling the charges. It would be better if had some kind of documentation...reciepts, estimates...etc.

You dont need a lawyer to press charges. If not the state will take the case and give him a slap on his hand and let him go. Let wait for him out side

 

It does not cost a thing to give evidence to police/ a judge. Just some of your time. DONT LAY DOWN AND PLAY DEAD! Help this case out in anyway possible! For your own self and others! We all pay taxes into our justice system. Let the system work for you!! Just call and give your story along w/ evidence. Even a few extra notes on the decectives file is more heresay.
