Thanks everyone for your assistance to our Road Trip. We had rotary fans from Gainesville (Gringo Grande), Palm Bay (Luis Gt, Danny, Mark), Titusville (Dan) Kissimmee (Frank, Chango Sr.), and Clermont and of course our Orlando crew and please forgive me if I miss somebody. We had 24 cars in attendance an increase from our first Road Trip, very good turnout. I hope everybody enjoyed the route and the food, was a good good time hanging out there.
Once again thanks for the support showed up to our group and especially for the excellent code of conduct. Be ready for the next year.
Happy holidays for everybody.
Peace and Blessings

Glad everyone had a good time. You probably passed me on the highway as I was coming into Orlando yesterday morning to have my LED turn lamp assemblies wired up.
I am now good to go so open to getting together for the next meet.
I am now good to go so open to getting together for the next meet.
Wow! Another great adventure with the Orlando group! The day started off when I reached the start point and was like the 3rd person there. I've since been informed that I need to stop thinking on Gringo time and start thinking in PR time and plan on arriving an hour late instead of 15 minutes early! Hahahaha!
Seriously though, it amazes me the organization of the Central Florida Rotaries family...and that is what it is...a big family. There were 25 or so cars listed as coming and 22 made it I believe. 1 of the missing cars had mechanical issues and the other 2 showed up at the end of the day. I know entire cities (Jacksonville, cough, Jacksonville) that can't seem to even get 3 cars together.
Prior to beginning the trip, there was a group prayer and instructions to not race, that a respectful line of cars would be maintained: lead car, rx3, SA/FB, FC, FD, RX8, and then other. Everyone stayed together and had a casual drive from Orlando to the first stop which was a historical site called Fort Christmas.
After a 30-60 minute stop at Fort Christmas, the next drive was to a lunch spot that was fantastic and authentic PR style cuisine. All the members of the cruise enjoyed a lunch together, watched a fun video from the Swap Meet, took a group picture, and slowly headed home.
Once again I cannot speak highly enough of the family that is the Central Florida Rotary Club. Just a great group of people that I'm proud to associate with.
I'd like to extend some special thanks to the following people on the trip:
Ramon and his family for the Spanish Lessons, friendship, getting me to try the blood sausage (Haha) and beautiful convertibles.
Luis - Sorry to hear about the medical issues but happy you got the new engine in and took the time to come again my friend.
Felipe with the cleanest FD engine bay I've ever seen. One of the more polite and nice people I've met in the rotary world.
The rest of the Family in Orlando, I look forward to future events and continuing to learn more about everyone as I extend my circle of rotary friends in the area.

Kevin, thank you for coming out, I was glad to meet you! We will definitely stay in touch with you guys to keep the Florida group growing! I had a great time on the trip. The back roads were relaxing and the food was delicious. I took some pics but messed with the settings on my camera a few nights before so they came out like crap!
