Sorry guys I will be out this two dates May 16 and May 30 - I can do nothing work related...sorry... I guess next route will be Clermont Area, let me know what do you think. Also I will love to find a neutral place around Lakeland area, so people from Tampa, Orlando, kissimmee, St. Pete, Bradenton, Sarasota, Brandom, Clearwater, Ocala, Haines City and other other rotaries congregations can meet up in one place, what do you think about that ????? Let's do something big why not.....
Luis, I do like the idea of making the next one big and more neutral so we can get others involved. It looked like some Tampa guys are meeting this weekend so I am sure they would jump on board with the idea.
Truthfully I think it should be held once temperatures start getting cool. Also we should stick to an area where we know off and can get the most exposure for future members. I think Lakeland is and isn't a good idea. The good is we can get other clubs envolved, but the bad is that we would mainly have to use back roads and what stops could we actually do and where? How about starting in Orlando hitting Ocala, Apopka and others on way up and back. This could actually get clubs in that area involved, not too many back roads and good exposure. I do not know much of area, but I gues someone can visualize and figure out a route in that general area. Just my two cents!

We have a place on mind, will be visiting and looking the facilities, but I can tell will be for October or November, let see. More info I will posted here in the forum. Thanks.
i agree on the cooler temperatures for sure
its hot out here man....
lakeland here is a great spot easily accessable by I4...but...LuisGT is correct that there isnt really anything to do here..unless the trip was organized around an event at the track..but then everyone has to pay admission to get in etc, either way there isnt a large rotary crowd here...just a couple of us left, there is one guy with a very fast blue 1st gen race car....but i do not know him, never got the chance to talk to him yet.
end of october would be great..i should be back from a job in germany by then, a big convoy will be a hoot.
wish i could offer help, but i dont know any of the tampa crowd, would be cool to coordinate with other groups for sure though...i appologize in advance to anyone that has to follow my car hahahahahahaha ill put in the grape pre-mix hehe

Cool weather can not be here fast enough. I melted driving the car sunday. I am gonna see if I can find a Tampa thread and post something on there to see if there is any interest in meeting up with us.
Hey! It's David Hayes the guy with the Kilo Racing 3 rotor. Would any of you be up for a BBQ get together at the new Kilo Racing location in St. Cloud? I'd like to set a date for all of us to hang out, east some BBQ, and see Kilo's new shop. What do you think?
