What is the donation amount to be a vendor? I haven't seen that listed? Your club is all good people so I know it will be fair and I'm happy to support you in setting this up!

 

Hey Gringo Grande the donation fee is $15.00 per vendor, hope to see you and some of your folks in our swap meet, really is for all the rotary fans. Like I said before all you guys are more than welcome.

 

Ok guys for those are interested in participate in this event and set up as a vendor please confirm your participation before October 15, we need to make sure and have the spaces available and reserve for those vendors. The fee for the vendors will be $15.00 per space (10 x 10 aprox.) Call and let us know. Sign the sheet below. Thanks.

just a question, if we have small spare parts we can just leave them by our cars and try and sell them or does that kinda fall under vendor? im sure some other ppl might be thinking the same thing, just to clarify, thanks

 

Will have two 7.5" 26 spline 4.77 gear Kia open carrier third members on 10/23. And if not sold by then an FC 2+2 rear seat light gray on dark gray all brackets and matching seat belts. bring MULAH accordingly!

Hey Luis i cant make it I will be out of town that weekend Sorry.

 

This should be awesome, looks like I'm a little late on the vendor thing though....I wonder if there will be space available for potential vendors to pay the day of? I know at least one guy who plans to bring stuff, but I'm not sure if he's aware of the vendor fee....
