ok....when are you guys headed to raleigh....i might be too tempted now that I know Terry is going too.

 

I can't make Raleigh the way mine is running and it would be pointless to go in anything else otherwise I would be there this weekend. On a side note, anyone know of anyone nearby that may have a totaled FD or at least one that I could get a couple miscellanious wires and plugs from under the hood? I looked and nearest junkyard I have found with a FD in it is just on the other side of Charlotte and that is too far to drive without knowing for sure if they have the electrical plug I am looking for.

 

Let me knw if anyone is going to Raliegh and I will follow you out there.

Ok, I know it's kinda late... I finally got my new water pump installed and filled up the gas tank tonight. I took the car around town real quick and everything seems ok. So, I'll be taking it to Raleigh tomorrow for its maiden voyage. If anyone wants to follow me to Raleigh give me a call in the morning. I plan on leaving around 2pm.

I would feel much more confident with a few chaser cars anyway.

 

I used to live in Yuma/somerton. They have some really good food there. Be sure to eat at Papa sans, Chili Peppers and Ronnies Pizza, Let me know what you think. Its alway hot as hell during the day and freezing at night but at least it is not humid hot. Have fun! Oh yeah and if you get a sand rail there are some really good dunes about 50 to 100 ft theres buttercup and razorback that i know of.
