I might be interested in that. Who knows though. I am brining back a ton of Honda **** and plan to part with a few things...but long term, I hope to put together another EG. I have enough stuff to build about 3 cars.
Also thought about selling my Honda stuff for a motorcycle.
If anyones interested in being another 7 guy to talk to(getting kinda lonely by myself
)Im gutting my engine bay, re-doing the wiring and cleaning and prepping for the welding this weekend. Going to the welders to fab the v-mount the first week of june. He said we'd take the whole day making sure it was how I wanted it....hes a really cool guy that does a lot of fab work and has a cheap as dirt towing service. After that the motor can be put back in then it bodywork time. Also, anyone know anyone local who will polish aluminum?

Im only waiting on funding to finish mine. the engine is being ported right now. once the block comes back I will assemble it and start putting stuff together. I bought all the soft and hard seals, springs and bearings, I also have a FMIC, Streetlite flywheel, haltech standalone, 720/1600cc injectors, walbro fuel pump, aeromotive FPR, MSD boxes, bonez downpipe. as soon as i sell my other TII i will buy a new turbo and manifold and the other misc crap, plumbing, hoses, ect. and get it back on the road. In the meantime ive been polishing my intake manifolds and preparing the wiring harness. I'm hoping to have it back on the road this summer.

heres mine, cleaned, painted and baked.
i started with a dremmel and continued with sand paper. I couldnt tell you how long it would take exactly because I ve been doing it little by little. but adding all the time together about 3 or four days and I'm almost done. the lim is a lot easier because it doesnt have as many details to take care of. the hardest part was taking care of the very rough surface and the little corners and grooves. once that is done its kinda piece of cake. all you need to do at that point is just erase the scratches with higher grid sandpaper. It is not as hard as it looks.
i tried to use my dremel on a spare starter I had and it didnt turn out so well...maybe the grit wasnt right. Ive been reading that polished aluminum obviously looks really good but its a PITA to keep clean and shiny.
you can go with just straight sandpaper. you can start it with just 400 grit and then continue to use higher grit until you get it done. it will just take a little longer. but it is possible. trust me it is not as hard as it looks.

so that I could start my car up.
