I do not think it is a wise idea to say you are bringing beer, on the RX7club forum, to an RX7club event...the logic I heard at one point about it is that if it is known on the forum that alcoholic beverages are going to be at an event, then in some way RX7club.com could be involved in legal actions in the event of underage drinking, DUI, or an Alcohol related accident. Some one could use the defense that "it was part of the meeting" or something of that fashion...I'm not entirely sure

Steve, it might just be best to say you are bring "beverages" or "refreshing beverages"

as for me, I will show up when I can, I know I'm busy for mid Saturday...but want to join the party when I can...and we all know its the Marine Corps Birthday. Semper Fi

Hey, did we try to set up a monthly meet before? Have one weekend a month designated for an actually RX7club meet? and switch between J-ville and Wilmington, or am I just crazy?

if we have had the idea, lets get back to doing it...even if i just starts out being in J-ville for a few months...

That sounds like a cool idea, would give everyone enough time to "plan" to be there, maybe even get some of those Cherry Point guys to come down or we all go up, whatever

would a different weekend be better for everyone? it seems a few people are liking the marine corps birthday. and i like the idea about once a month. every week can be too much, and j-ville can get to be boring. willmington can be nice every once in a while

ok...just got back from a week in TN...whats going on..we meeting at Erics or what? 2ish from what Ive read..Im down for the sloppy joes if its still a go and I still have not seen a roll call so I know how much to bring/make...What are you doing Stephen? Raleigh?! damn conformist...be different and actually do something that is convenient for once...10 mins down the road to erics is pretty convenient..anyway, meets in Wilmington are cool..Ill have to check the thread and Ill get back to you guys to see how much participation will be on this city's end so we might find a host or we can just chill at a park(depending on weather for literalness)
