If anyone is interested the case of RX-7 Restorations (Bryn Park) versus James Brown (no relation) the case was equitably solved in mediation. Neither of us was satisfied with the solution so it pleases the court as that seems to be their goal. We are all straight and it`s a done deal when the final conditions are met. The motor he rebuilt for me is still running but there are some problems that I`ll work out. I drove it to the court meeting and it performed adequately. The rebuild seems to be ok, just a few little things to work out. Anyways, it`s done and quite a relief to everyone involved, I`m sure.
