from what i hear ... fuego racing is money.
apparently every single rotary person I've talked to has dropped his name and I have yet to hear any complaints.
I'd recommend CFT, but lots of blown motors and sketchy work.
To get great tuning but for a bit of $$$ just go to titan

Gaby from Sporty Racing in Puerto Rico = Microtech genius. He comes every few months to visit. If interested get ahold of FDrey on here. He is going to be tuned here shortly. Usually uses Titan's Dyno. Look at my #'s on stock twins. 8k strong on the motor. My AFR's are 11.2 or less all the time..G

Depends on what fuel management you are using. If you have a Power FC, good luck my friend, because you won't find many people around here that will tune your rotary with that. If you have Microtech or Haltech then you can find a few locally that can help. But like previously stated by my good friend Garret, Gaby with Sporty Motorsports is by far the BEST Microtech tuner around. If we can get enough interest we can fly him up here from Puerto Rico and have a tuning weekend.
