yea, was alot of rain, didnt quite stop till 10:30 or so

 

Yeah it was pretty awful, and you've seen my rear tires. I had to fight to keep it on the road the whole time, even on straightaways. All my windows fogged up when we hit the NC side so I had to pull off. Not a very good night to be up there.

 

If any of you guys got any pics of your meet we would like to post them on our site. I went up there this afternoon late but still ran into some stragglers. Anyway if you would like for us to post pics let me know. See you guys next Sunday.

Thanks for the pics. How many Rotorarys showed up?

 

I really have no idea... there were so many cars coming and going all day that it was difficult to count. And half of them stayed in Bryson City. So my guess is somewhere between 1 and 2 hundred.

Sunday looks like its going to be a great day to drive.

 

Well it's up to Cody... the autocross at Bristol is Sunday and a lot of our people are going up there. I'm keeping my stuff home this weekend. So I'll ride with him wherever he decides to go.

 

might be rocking the civic though...uhoh!!!

 

Uh oh! Looks like everyone is ditching the autocross to come to this run, so there may be a few rotaries up there. What time are we meeting?

 

We are meeting at the Airport Hilton at 1pm on Sunday. Pulling out at 1:30.

I'm riding shotgun with Cody and maybe another rotary. I don't know who else is coming from our group... I'm guessing FirstRotaryExp will meet us on the way there, hopefully with some success this time. No one else has expressed any definite plans. So at least two cars, maybe even 3 at present.

 

Great drive guys. Just got in the door, so ill be waiting to see pics in an hour or so lol.
