i dont consider 2 16 year old "drag racing" their 94 Civic EX's down a drag strip at 80mph
actual racing. might as well put 2 rats in a maze with cheese at the end. more entertaining.

Yeah, true. I used to go to the Atlanta Dragway for Fast Fridays. There would be some junk, but also some nice cars. There's usually always this puerto rican shop I know with their rotaries in old toyotas.

You'll probably get one run in, but they wont let you run again IF they keep track of you. You might be able to slip by for another run though.

Obviously some of you have never been to an IFO. It's the largest drag racing event of the year for your area. Racers come from as far as Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Miami, etc. Top qualifyiers run 8 and 9 second passes. If you're not into actual racing, then yes, you won't enjoy the event.

sk8, as for tech, some times it's best not to ask if ya know what I mean. We'll be hoping for a rematch (red R35 GTR)

Well if I know I can run with out the tech card I am pretty sure I will be there. I just dont have time for a 4.5 hour drive to get one pass in.

Yeah that GTR is nice and very quick for a bolt on car. But I dont think the results will change any. On that pass I went 10.6 and was off the throttle 90% of 4th gear. But dont get me wrong, I love the new GTR's!!!

+1 for IFO! Great event!
