Myself and a friend are planning on going for a drive up to northern GA this Saturday. Right now, it looks like the weather is going to be alright. *knock on wood* If anyone else wants to go, it should be a good time.


I don't really have a route planned at this time because I've never been there. If anyone knows of some good roads up there, please post them here.

I bet most of the people are planning on going up with the RX-8 club the 2nd weekend in September. You should plan to go then.

If you don't get any takers here to go up with you this weekend, I would post on the RX-8 forum. Some of the RX-8 owners here in Atlanta drive up in the north georgia mountains as often as they can.

I always find route 64/74 from Cleveland TN to Cherokee NC enjoyable. It is beautiful along the Ocoee river in the forrest.

 

That's probably a little far north for us. We'll probably have about a 2 hour drive just to make it up to northern atlanta.
