ATL: Anyone have an engine hoist I can borrow for a weekend?

I'm looking to pull the 13B and tranny from my car next weekend and looking for a hoist. Anyone know where I can find one?

Sung has one up at the shop. If you decide to have him paint the car, you can probably convince him to let you borrow it.

Autozone might loan one. I don't know if that is on the list. When they loan, you pay for it, then get your money back when you return it.

Well, until Sung returns a damn phone call (even one of three), I'm not inclined to have him paint the car. I just have to keep looking for a hoist. I live in an apartment, btw, and have to do this in my rented garage. Though tree branches and garage rafters make mighty fine hoists, I can't use one in this instance

Sung's a little busy right now - his wedding is this weekend and they are trying to get everything ready.

Crit, I said I would let you use mine, we just have to coordinate you picking it up. I am busy here at OCS, but I should be able to find the time to walk you through it. I'll try to call sometime.

Aaron, thanks for the offer but I've already got it out. Northside rental, about 1/2 mi past your old apartment, only wants $35/day and is closed on Sundays, so I got it for the weekend. Everything came out without a hitch, so now I've just got tons of loose ends to work on and lots of little parts to rebuild.

Hey Aaron, where have you and the rotary spit been? And your RX-8? Come out to see us soon, before it gets too hot with the spit.

Holly

He's not on here often - he's at OCS (Officer Candidate School) for the Navy. He was good enough, though, to try to arrange for me to use his garage in Roswell for my engine work.
