12 machine shop calls later and I cant find 1 in Tampa that will take them on.

Even if its in Orlando or Lakeland.... I know there's a significant increase in rotaries there... Dont want to ship these things and dont mind driving an hour or so....

You are looking for someone to do surface or Blanchered grinding, this is more of an actual machine shop process and not one that an automotive engine builder does, the surfacing machines your typical piston engine builders use generally are set up for relatively course cutting not the fine grinding finish we need... try calling Phil's Automotive in pinellas park/St Pete, he does great balance work but I don't think he does grinding but may know who does...
