Exclamation Anyone interested (Charleston, SC Area)

Anyone interested (Charleston, SC Area) to make some extra money working on my FD?!?!?!!!!

Hello,

I know this is kind of a stupid question to ask, but I thought that I would through it out there anyway!

As of late, with my New born, and house build/move, I have had almost no free time/tools to do work on my car . And I have a feeling that there is someone here that likes to work on RX's and has more free time than me.

Please let me know before I end up taking it to a Mechanic. I would rather pass money along to the RX Community that an Mechanic

I will check back in a day or two!

Daniel

Ill do it.
I should have time since I'm unemployed at the moment.

Ive done the whole automotive school thing and have worked at a few mechanic shops, and am currently working on my ASE's, and have nearly built-up two FC's.
Now that Ive presented my self, lol...

Cell ph# is (803)-960-1887

Later.
Toby.

toby, working on an FD is a whole other ball game. SUPER complex. i would recomend getting one and learning before diving in on someone elses car. there is a reason that shops wont touch them.

on the flip side id come help, but i live in spartanburg. lol

It might help to describe what work is needed. Engine rebuild? Boost pattern troubleshooting? Aftermarket parts installation? Suspension work?

If I had some more free time I would drive over and help out on the weekends, but I have been pretty busy lately.

Hey guys Thanks for the replies.

What i want done is nothing really rotary specific (engine enteranls etc)

I have two problems that I would like to have addressed soon.

1) Fuel Leak - Thought it was just the FPD, but after I replaced that still had a slight smell of gas. Granted it wasnt as bad with the old FPD, but its still there. I took off the UIM and pressurazied the fuel sysem but cant find any leaks. But you can still smell it. Ran out of time with this project. But my next step was replacing the injectors, which i have replacements.

2) Oil Leak - Finally want to takle my existing oil leak, I havent even looked at this to see where it is coming from. I knew I had a leak, but it was real slow so I never realy worried about it, but now it is outta control https://www.rx7club.com/general-rotary-tech-support-11/oil-oil-leak-question-693190/

Good thing about the car is that there is no Rats Nest to deal with, so that should make things a lot easier.

Shoot me a PM
