well i quess it's my turn. first thanks for all the support from members and non members fo cenflarxclub. let me introduce myself. i'm tony president and founder of the cenflarxclub. hurley no disrespect bro i'm glad you came to my meet, i'm also sorry that you didn't enjoy yourself but maybe being in a club or an organized meet is your thing understandable. but at the same time you shouldn't knock us for trying to establish an organization where rotor heads like to hang out talk about cars and just everyday life. i personally work 50 to 70 hours a week and through all of that my heart will always be to this club and what it means. we are a small family not just a bunch of guys scatching our ***** saying my car is faster. we all know what each one of us offers to this club there's no hidden fees or costs. before the dues came about i and the officers of this club talked about it long and hard we brought it to the members about 3 times before we even started it. now let's talk about where the money that we collect goes. this is the first year that cenfla will established. we have leagally registered the name with the state, we have bought our fist batch of t shirts. we will have our 1st christmas party. one of our member's wife is about to have a baby and we are considering throwing her a baby shower or gifts. so if you would like the complete list of things that are going on with this club and where the dues goes please keep attending. another thing at this time we are also looking to get sponsor by a mazda dealer. this is that political b.s that you so proudly talk about the officers and myself put alot of effort into running this club and trying to find ways to help our members out. we don't just get together to talk cars. oh yes before i forget myself the vp and all the other officers in this make enough money working our jobs to pay for our own parts we don't need to take any money from any of our members cause they to work very hard for what the have!!!!so now in closing i will say this next time if you don't have anything good to say ......KEEP IT TO YOURSELF. sorry if this is so long but i need to kill it once and for all we are not on this forum to bad mouth anyone so please leave me and our club alone. now for all my club members reading this post leave hurley and anyone else that have an opinion about us say there opinion because an opinion is just like an ******* everyone has got one..

You guys are assuming what other people are saying is what im saying. Going back to what I said once again, cenfla isn't my cup of tea. I was looking for something less mainstream. That was the whole point of this thread. Not for Rico to start an argument for no reason. I never said anything about parts, or who said and did what.

And you ask why I didn't talk? It might be because there were about 30 people there ... all talking at the same time for the most part. When asked to introduce ourselves and a bit about ourselves ... we got about 3 people down, and the crowd overcame again, and that was the ill-fated ending of the introduction. Heck about 2 minutes after I walked in and sat down Rico asked who I was, and I told him my name and my fiancee's name.

Also before you say keep your opinions to yourself, this is an OPEN PUBLIC forum where opinions and outlooks are voiced. I already told you guys I have no problem staying an entire meeting if I end up coming by again. Just the first impression that both my fiance and I had were that the club was strictly business, and not something we would be into. I never said you guys were not freindly and what not, just the club thing isn't really my thing.Hence why I started a thread to see if there were any other 'gatherings'.

That's how we roll here in G'ville. No due's or offciers, just hang out once a week and it's not just rotaries.

There are plenty of hang outs around here, but some people like clubs.
The Dues are for a reason, Tony can clear it up for you if you care that much.
Our officers some of the coolest guys around.
My supra friend is basically part of the club, as is Dustys MR2 friend, if im not mistaken those have piston motors.
But thanks.

Okay Tony, im done

P.S. Dear baby jesus with your golden fleece diapers, learning about your shapes and colors, thank you for blessing me with this wonderful club, the wonderful members, and the great times we've had and will continue having!

v8killer88 opinion was previously addressed by Tony/dreamofmyrx7

Ummmmmmm..... So is this saying that being rotary is good or bad? If bad, my FB has been rotary entirely too long, and is looking forward to 8 jugs.

So far, the vert 13B has not been rotary, and so will remain rotary as long as it does not start being rotary.

Later,
Bill

Gentlemen and ladies, this is a free country and we all have choices. If you choose not to join and be a member
of our club it's your choice.
About the dues thing: I started our club account with a $500.00 donation and did not ask nor do I want credit for it.
The cheap shot about the president and board members buying parts for our cars was uncalled for. We discussed the
dues issue for several reasons. One, we would like to be able help out fellow members when they come on hard times. I
don't know about you but when I was younger I could have used some help in college when I needed it. But of course
I would have to pay it back
We would also like to throw a baby shower for one of our members and the club would pay for it. Don't you think that
is a good idea.
Remember the trip to Titusville and the barbeque. Everybody had to pony up some cash at the event to pay for the food
and drinks. All that could have been paid for in advance and planned much better if we had a little cash up front.
We did have a good deal going with a certain Mazda dealer to buy OEM parts wholesale but that is gone now due to
some bad behavior on this board. O well we will keep trying.
I don't know about the rest of you guy's but I will continue to meet with the club when I can because I like the atmosphere
and the common bond we have.
I hope my spelling is good……………….

I was suprised he had a son, I would've put him around the 16-18 year old age range. My mistake.
